Hello, I am sending you this e-mail to inform you of a very important date, please mark your calendars for June 11, 2011.
On June 11 we are going to be doing several things:
Free Physicals 8:00am to 11:00am
First: We will be holding free physicals at the Otay Ranch High School. Doors will open at 8:00am we are expecting a large turnout for this event, we will also be hosting free physicals for the high school football team this day.
Second: We will be fitting all football players for their Jersey’s this will be the only fitting we will hold. It is important that your child attend even if they do not need a physical. This will ensure they have a properly fitted Jersey for the season.
Third: This will be your opportunity to turn in any outstanding paperwork that you need to turn in. This is the paperwork that was required when you attended a registration event and were told that you needed to provide to complete registration OR you need to submit your paperwork for the first time. Also we will be collecting Report Cards at this time please ensure that you bring three (3) copies of ALL outstanding paperwork and report cards. I cannot stress this enough failure to turn in these items will result in having your child moved to the waitlist. Also please note we WILL NOT BE MAKING COPIES you will need to bring three (3) copies of all paperwork and report cards you are turning in.
For planning purposes we will be issuing equipment to all tackle players on July 16th the location and times will be posted soon, you will also be contacted by your head coach about this event.
The season will start with conditioning on July 25, 2011 you will also be contacted by your teams head coach as to the location and time. Start running now it will pay off big time if you do.
