Player equipment distribution will be held on Friday July 9th and SaturdayJuly 10th, at the Otay Ranch High School.  A schedule of teams and times are listed below.  In addition, you must turn in all of your remaining paperwork  prior to gear being issued, this includes: Completed Physical Forms, End of School Year Report Card (Report cards are required for Junior Pee Wee and above) and final payment.   If you are unable to attend your team’s time for equipment distribution or turn in your player’s paper work, please contact your Head Coach immediately.

Flag Parents :: You will be contacted by your Head Coach when to turn in your remaining paperwork and payments if needed, thank you.

Friday 9 July:

Cheer Leaders – all teams are open

Jr, Midget – 10, 11, & 12 year olds 80 to 144 lbs and 13 year olds 80 to 124 lbs.

All American Unlimited – 6th through 8th Grades, unlimited weight

A special note, if you registered on line and DID NOT bring your paper work to one of the registration sites for completion, you will be placed on a waiting list. Please contact us at oryfc@Otayranchbroncos.com as soon as possible.

We will have another registration date, next Friday, April 30th from 6 to 7 PM at the Starbucks in Sunbow shopping center.

Important Registration Message from the Otay Ranch Youth Football & Cheer Board of Directors

Well, another season is upon us and it’s that time again to register our football players and cheer leaders. This season, we are doing everything possible to streamline the registration process for our families as well as our volunteers. There are dates posted on the calendar for returning participants and open registration. You will need to visit us at one of these events to ensure your spot.

Very soon (this week) the website will have a link that will get you to the on-line registration system. Once there, you will be able to fill out the necessary information to register your child or children, pay the registration fee and print the entire registration packet for each participant required to finalize the process.

The following steps are very important and if followed will allow us to serve you efficiently when visit one of the registration sites:

  1. Register on line, pay on line and print the packet(s)
  2. Affix (3) 1” x  1” pictures of your participant to the 3 copies of the contract using a paste stick Bring all 3 copies
  3. Read, sign and bring the following information also contained in your packet:
    1. Code of Conduct
    2. Media Release
    3. Refund Policy
  4. Additional items you need to provide and/or bring:
    1. 3 copies and original of the birth certificate for each participant
    2. Proof of residency (SDG&E, Water Bill, Mortgage Statement or Rental Agreement) these documents will not require copies and will be returned immediately.

I can not stress enough the importance to follow these steps and to bring your information to the registration sites. If anything is not complete, you will NOT be able to register at that time and will be required to retrieve the missing items and get back in line. We anticipate a 10 minute process once you are speaking to on of our eligibility folks. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
